As a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, Bruce writes résumés, cover letters, and other job search documents for individuals from all walks of life, circumstances, and stages of career development.
With a specialization in mid- to senior-level executive and CEO résumés, Bruce will create a high-impact document that will best showcase your particular skills and talents. Following a review of your questionnaire answers, current résumé, and any other supporting documentation, Bruce will conduct a personal phone consultation with you before starting the writing process. Bruce’s résumé writing success has evolved from a background in journalism and copywriting. With years of writing, editing, and proofreading experience, he has mastered the craft of gathering the right information, writing to a particular audience with clarity, and presenting that message in an interesting and visually appealing fashion. - Kim Murray
Kim Murray is the Virtual Assistant (VA) for Marshall Brown & Associates. Kim launched her VA practice in January of 2003 and has often wondered why it took her five years to make that move (with no regrets now that’s she’s done it). Having worked as an administrative professional in the corporate world for 26 years, she realized that she could have the best of both worlds with her VA career: Working in her home office (no commute, no office politics) and choosing the ideal clients with whom she most enjoys working.
In her “former” life Kim worked in a variety of fields: life insurance, law, engineering/surveying, and hospital administration. She enjoyed her role as her executives’ “right arm” and also the go-to person in the office. When Kim realized that office administration was exactly what she loved to do, the obvious next step was to pursue a career as a Virtual Assistant.
Kim is married and has two teenagers (a boy and a girl – prayers are graciously accepted). She lives in Northern Virginia.
