Tya Bolton - Chief Organizer & Business Manager

Tya BoltonTya Bolton is the Business Manager for Marshall Brown & Associates. Tya will be overseeing operations, special events, overall strategy and infrastructure. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Executive Administrative Support, Business Management and Human Resources.  She’s worked in the following industries: career management/ coaching, hospitality and mental health services – a great foundation for the type of work she does today.

Wearing many hats in the corporate world provided Tya with a very broad skill set and allowed her to be entrepreneurial and manage operations with full accountability.  Knowing she was always meant to run her own business, she wasn’t quite sure what that business venture would be until January 2006.  At that time she founded Exceptional Business Solutions – a full service administrative services firm, primarily providing virtual assistance.  With a niche in the coaching industry, she is extremely familiar with the operations, tools and equipment coaches need to be productive and streamline processes.

As a mother and entrepreneur, she realizes that every moment is priceless and should never be taken for granted.  Tya and her children reside in Howard County, MD.
