Branding You

In a previous post I spoke about Branding You. Which means knowing what you have to offer, what makes you different, what is the uniqueness of YOU?

Today I'd like to talk specifically about your skills when it comes to Branding You.

There are various types of assessments you can take, some available online, such as checklists, card sorts and experience stories. If you need help preparing your list, hiring a career coach can help you in this process.

You need to include the "soft" skills (for example communication skills) as well as the "hard" skills (for example technical skills) when putting your list together. These can be just as important when marketing you.
