The deadline for becoming an affiliate is August 27th if you are providing a bonus. We ask that you provide the name of the bonus plus perceived value ASAP. The image of the bonus, or your picture and short description must be received no later than September 3rd.

How Do I Get Paid?

A check mailed directly to you for the total number of people who enrolled using your link. For example if 10 people enrolled using your link, your check would be for $1000.00, less any refunds issued by the refund deadline of September 30, 2010, 11:59 PM, EST.
